Are you rebellious?

1. You are rebellious if don’t obey the godly instruction of your parents
2. You can rebel against the Holy Spirit if you decide to ignore His instructions
3. If you disobey your Supervisor in the office without just, you are rebellious
4. Wives if you refuse to submit to a loving husband you are have witchcraft spirit
5. If you break away from a church without due procedure you are rebellious
6. Many church members are rebelling against simple instructions given by church leaders
7. If you refuse to obey the simple instruction of this group, you need deliverance from the spirit of rebellion
8. Many churches are rebelling against God by observing doctrines contrary to the word of God

Be not deceived, evil communications corrupt good manners- 1 Corinthians 15 vs. 33

• These days, Valentine’s Day brings to the hearts of singles ideas on love, romance, lusts, sex, kisses, and affections
• Saint Valentine’s Day has been turned into a sexual festival….a day for illicit sexual activity
• Here are simple rules for singles to ensure they are not caught off guard, and don’t commit sin in the name of expressing love on Valentine’s Day.

1. Dedicate the day to God and ask the Holy Spirit how you should celebrate it.
2. Make new friends in your working places and schools.
3. Appreciate your old friends by sending them gifts.
4. Appreciate your parents and those that have helped you in one way or the other in life, by sending love notes or gifts.
5. If you need to go for a drink or food in a restaurant, ensure you are in good company and your safety/holiness is not compromised.
6. Most importantly, refrain from any associations or acts that may cause you to sin. Either by what you drink, what you see, or where you go. Avoid alcoholic drinks and x-ray films.
7. Remember…love is not best expressed through casual or illicit sex.
8. Be a Christian and avoid any sexual sin in the name of expressing love or lust on Valentine’s day.
9. If you are single, most likely your friend has romantic ideas on Valentine’s Day. Discuss this with him/her openly and resolve that both of you will not indulge in any ungodly romantic or sexual activity today and thereafter.
10. Set the boundaries for expressing love with your friend. Don’t assume he or she knows. If you are a virgin, don’t give out your virginity because you are celebrating Valentine’s day and you want to make your friend happy.
11. Be vigilant and watch where you go, and whom you are with alone. Watch out, you may be dis virgined today, if you wish. Lust is in the air.
12. Maintain your sexual purity and abstinence until marriage.
13. Watch out for date raping. Don’t go out with anyone you do not trust, and if you must go out with your single partner, watch where you go, avoid being alone with the opposite sex, and also avoid staying together in lonely places.
14. Express love today, not lust. Expressing love through out of marriage sex is a sin.
15. Most guys plan to have sex with their girlfriends today, if it is possible. Be on the alert.
16. Avoid environments that promote ungodliness. This includes night clubs, discos, and sex shows.
17. The best place to spend Valentine’s Day is the presence of God. God is the greatest Valentine who gave us his only begotten son for our salvation. Arrange to be in the presence of God- either Church or fellowship and thank God for His love on you.

John 3 vs 16-For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

18. If you do not have anyone that you can refer to as a Valentine, remember God is the greatest Valentine you can ever have. He is the greatest lover. Pour you love on him, with songs of thanksgiving.
19. Compose a poem for Jesus. Make Jesus your Val.

4. What happens when heavens is closed?

• There will be prayer failure

5. What happens why heaven become opened?

• You will receive divine revelations to bring you out of captivity and bondages

Isaiah 10 vs. 27 – And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.

What are the lessons from this scripture?

1. The first lesson from this scripture is that there is a burden on your shoulder
2. The second lesson from this passage is that there is a yoke on your neck
3. The third lesson is that this burden has to be taken off your shoulders for you to fulfil your destiny.
4. The fourth lesson is that this yoke on your neck, the yoke of poverty, sickness, dream attacks, nightmares, masturbation, sexual perversion, anger, greed, rebellion, stubbornness, has to be destroyed before Gods plan for your life will be fulfilled.
5. Lesson No 5- this burden and yoke was not placed on your shoulders and neck respectively by God; otherwise he would not have advised it should be removed
6. Lesson No 6- if they were not placed in our life by God, then they were placed by the devil
7. Lesson no 7: these burden and yokes are breakable, no matter how long or stubborn they are.
8. Lesson 8: God can break any yoke and cast off any burden from your life otherwise He would not have spoken against them
9. Lesson 9: today is the day of salvation; TODAY is THAT DAY the Bible talks about.
10. Lesson 10: burdens and yokes, can only be broken by the ANOINTING, which is the power of God.
11. Lesson 11: It shall come to pass that the yokes and burdens you see today, you shall see them no longer

What is a Yoke or burden?

Sickness, failures, bareness, debts, poverty, stagnancy, sin, depression, and marital failures. Etc are all yokes and burdens

What is the anointing that breaks yokes and burdens?

Acts 10 vs. 38 –  How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

1. Anointing is the power of God that breaks yokes.
2. Anointing is the power of God that destroy stubborn burden.
3. Anointing is the power of God that set the captives free.
4. Anointing is the power of God that makes you stronger than the strong man enemy.
5. Anointing is the power of God that disgraces Goliaths, Herods, Pharaohs, and other oppressors.
6. Anointing is the power of God that breaks chains of oppression.
7. Anointing is the fire of God that consumes boosting powers.
8. Anointing is the power of God that pushes children of God into breakthrough.
9. Anointing is the Spirit of God that makes hard things possible
10. Anointing is the power of God that casts out devils.

11. Anointing comes from God
12. An anointed person is spiritually powerful.
13. An anointed person is filled with Holy Ghost.
14. Without the anointing, a Christian will not be able to perform miracles
15. When the Spirit of God falls on you, it makes you become a candidate of signs and wonders.
16. When the Spirit of God falls on you, you would be able to deliver yourself and family from oppressors
17. Elisha requested for and received a double portion of the Spirit of Elijah (2Kings 2:9) and he was able to do twice as much miracle as his boss. Elijah did 16 miracles, Elisha 32. And some of the miracles of Elisha were as twice great. Elijah shut the Heavens for 3 and ½ years (James 5:17), Elisha for 7 years (2 Kings 8:1).
18. Even our Lord Jesus Christ did not perform any miracle before the Holy Ghost descended on him in a bodily shape like a dove upon him (Luke 3:22), at the banks of River Jordan. It was after this divine impartation that he was led to the wilderness full of the Holy Spirit, and returned to Galilee in power of the Holy Ghost to begin his miracles marked with signs and wonders.

1. Death happens when God withdraws His Spirit from man.
2. Man is made primarily of flesh from dust. When the Spirit of God departs, the flesh ceases to function.
3. You cannot die unless God withdraws His Spirit from you. No matter the nature of your sickness or affliction, the time of your death is in God’s hands not Satan’ hands.
4. If you are a servant of God, He will not withdraw His Spirit from your body prematurely.
5. Long life is your portion today!

1 Samuel 19 vs. 1 – And Saul spake to Jonathan his son, and to all his servants, that they should kill David.

1. Dakes Bible records that King Saul makes 21 unsuccessful attempts to kill David.
2. David had a covenant relationship with God, and God always protect him.
3. As long as you are walking with God, you should not be afraid of premature death.

Isaiah 25:8 – (KJV) He will swallow up death in victory;

1. Spirit of death waiting for me this year, I set you ablaze in Jesus name
2. Messenger of death, kill your sender in Jesus name
3. Powers planning to celebrate my death, be destroyed without mercy in Jesus name

The theme of Matthew 1 is the genealogy and birth of Jesus Christ.

We can see that Jesus descended from a godly ancestry. He is the direct descendant of David and Abraham. May every ungodly ancestry in your lives or in your past be cut off in Jesus name

The Chapter also reflects the perfection of the Bible. All the ancestors of Jesus were recorded, 42 of them from Adam, even in those days when record keeping was poor. This shows the Bible is truly inspired by the Holy Spirit. See verses 1 and 42.

Jesus is also a direct descendant of King Solomon who was a son of an adulterous relationship between King David and Bathsheba, Uriah’s wife. See verse 6. These shows God’s infinite mercy. Once you confess and repent, God forgive your past sins, no matter the magnitude.

Joseph did not come together with his espoused wife -Mary, before they married. Verse 18. If Joseph and Mary had indulged in pre-marital sex, they would have lost their historical and spiritual roles in the destiny of Jesus, the Saviour.

Many people are involved in sexual relationship outside marriage these days either in form of premarital sex or extra marital sex. Youths, if you are engaged to be married, emulate the example of Joseph, avoid coming together until your wedding night.

Teenagers, flee from sexual lusts. Keep yourself. Zip up. The Holy Spirit shall strengthen you in Jesus name.

The Bible describes Joseph as a ‘Just’ man. Verse 19. Could you be described as a just man or woman? Are you a just husband, wife, or child? May Holy Spirit sharpen you to become a just person in Jesus name

The greatest lesson or message of the chapter lies in the names of son of God: He was revealed as Jesus in Matthew 1 vs. 21 – And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sinsand Emmanuel in Matthew 1 vs. 23 – Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

The lessons in Mathew 1 vs 21 is that Names are important. Jesus fulfilled his name as a Saviour, Lord, and Messiah. What does your name mean? What names did you inherit from your parents or ancestors? Do they glorify God or Satan? Cut off every evil ancestry in Jesus name.

Mary is described as a Virgin. Verse 23. Do you still treasure your virginity? Would Mary have been chosen as the ‘mother’ of Jesus if she was not a virgin. If you have been sexually active before outside marriage, you can still practice secondary abstinence. May blood of Jesus blot out your past sins

Joseph was obedient to the word of God, he followed the instruction of the Angel of God that directed him to take Mary as his wife and name the new born baby Jesus. Verse 24. Many people have lost their blessings through disobedience to divine instructions. May God kill your disobedience in Jesus name

Jesus means Saviour, from sins. There is no founder of any religion that was foretold or proclaimed himself as being able to save man from his sins.

Emmanuel means God with us. As such, Jesus is God in human flesh.

Jesus is the only man that ever lived that did not inherit the sin of Adam which brought destruction to the world; though he is a descendant of Abraham, his ‘biological’ father was the Holy Ghost through which he was conceived. Joseph was really his adopted father because he never knew Mary.

Jesus can save man from sin because he was not born a sinner. No other religion could save from sin because their founders were born of flesh and blood, inherited sin and are sinful themselves.

The key lesson of Mathew 1 is that anytime you call on Jesus, you are calling God and Saviour.

Facts About Amen

1. One of God’s names is”The Amen, the Faithful and True Witness” (Revelation 3:14)

1. One of the names of Jesus is “The Amen, the Faithful and True Witness”(Revelation 3:14).

1. “For as many as may be the promises of God, in him they are ‘yes’ and in him ‘Amen’ ”(2Corinthians 1:20)
2. The word AMEN  is found in the last verses of the Bible (Revelation 22:20-21).
3. The first three books of Psalms end with Amen (Psalms 41:13, Psalms 72:19,Psalms 89:52).
4. Most books of the New Testament end with it the word AMEN (KJV).
5. In the land of Israel, when a prayer or prophecy was made, or a law of God was read, “All the people said, “Amen”” (Nehemiah 5:13, 8:6). Today we are going to pray and all what the Holy Spirit wants you to say Is AMEN
6. The Lord’s  prayer ends with “Amen” (Matthew 6:13).
7. Paul uses the word AMEN seven times in his letter to the Romans. (Romans 1:25, Romans 9:5, Romans 11:36, Romans 15:33,Romans 16:20,24,27)
8. The Hebrew word used for amen in the Old Testament is “ei men” and means “so be it, verily, true,” or “truly” (literally “truth”)
9. The Greek word for amen is “ἀμήν” which is very similar to what it means in Hebrew and that is “so it is” or “truly” and even “true” and “yes” depending upon what the sentence structure is.
10. The word amen has roots in the Semitic word “truth” so even today when amen is spoken, it is like saying “yes, true,” or “that is true, meaning personal agreement

1. By the Grace of God all the prayers we have said daily in the Deliverance prayer hour since it started last week were all inspired by the Holy Spirit.
2. I always ask the Holy Spirit what should I preach on daily, and get inspiration. I am saying this because I want you to pay particular attention to today’s prayer which is titled SAY AMEN
3. Today the Holy Spirt has asked me to pronounce some blessings and all the Holy Spirit wants you to do is to say AMEN as I pronounce the blessings and prayers
4. Don’t bother to raise any other prayer point or sermon. Just SAY AMEN to the blessings and pronouncements
5. As you say AMEN, you are saying Yes
6. As you say AMEN, you are saying -I agree.
7. As you say AMEN, you are saying- Truly this will happen to me
8. As you say AMEN, you are saying- So be it to me.
9. As you say AMEN, you are saying- It will truly happen

Types of Adultery

1. Spiritual adultery

• An adulterous person is not only those who are cheating their spouse
• If you are a Christian and you also belong to an occultism society, you are committing spiritual adultery.
• If you recognize any other god apart from God Almighty, you are cheating on God and committing spiritual adultery

2. Adultery of the heart- lustful thoughts
3. Emotional adultery- intimate relationship with a woman not your wife. Closer to another more than your wife
4. Sexual Adultery- sex outside marriage

Facts about adultery

1. Israel cursed his first born because of adultery
2. David suffered because of the sin of adultery
3. David defeated Goliaths
4. But David was defeated by the Goliath of Adultery
5. The Goliath of Adultery shall not defeat you in Jesus name
6. David was the only one described by God as a man after my own heart, but an adulterous woman won his heart away from God.

1. Flee like Joseph
2. Make your wife or husband your best confidant
3. Don’t become too close to any woman or man that is not your wife or husband
4. Don’t have secret male or female friends
5. If you are single marry as soon as possible
6. Be contended with your wife or husband
7. Don’t keep secrets from your wife or husband . Evil strive under secrecy
8. Cut off from bad friends
9. Cut off from worldly social gatherings, parties, night clubs, etc
10. Be consumed in the things of God
11. Avoid risky situations that will keep you alone with strange women or men
12. Fast and pray to kill your flesh
13. It is possible avoid work that will separate you from your spouse for a long time
14. Watch what your watch or hear
15. Be determined to make your marriage work.
16. Settle quarrels quickly
17. Don’t deny yourselves sexually unless by mutual consent
18. Wives or husbands don’t use sex to punish your husband or wives for any offence

• What are the lessons for this scripture?
• Lucifer is the Ancient Serpent
• First whether you like it or not you have an enemy. God said I will put enmity.. between the serpent and the woman.
• The serpent represents Satan, and the woman are descendants of Adam and Eve
• Second, God gave the seed of Abraham and Eve, which is human beings the power to bruise the head of the serpent
• Third, God also gave the Serpent the power to bruise the heel of man
• Most of the afflictions we face as individuals or those faced by nation states are manifestations of various ‘bruises’ inflicted on the heels of individuals or nations by the Ancient Serpent.
• Those familiar with the traits of the animal called the Serpent know that its strength lies in its head. Once the head of a Serpent is broken, it becomes powerless and dies instantly. By granting mankind the power to ‘bruise’ the head of the Serpent, God really gave us power to overcome the Serpent and stop all its evils in our daily life.
• Unfortunately whereas the Serpent fully uses its power  to ‘bruise’ the heel of  mankind, the human race, particularly Christians seldom uses their divine power to ‘bruise’ the head of the Serpent. It has therefore been a one sided battle between man and the Serpent with the latter always having the upper hand. It is therefore not surprising that most Christians including those who profess to be born again still suffer under the yoke of various attacks of the devil- hunger, sickness, untimely death, crime, poverty, joblessness, marriage failures, business stagnancy, and the like.

Revelation 12: 7- 9 (KJV) gives more revelation on the fall of the serpent:

“And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angel is cast out with him”

• Every follower of Jesus Christ is a member of a Spiritual army against the Kingdom of Satan. Before a believer could inherit his divine blessings, he must successfully overcome the dragon and his angels here on earth, even as Michael and his angels did in Heaven. Whether you like to believe it or not, the Serpent hates you simply because you are a follower of the Way, the Truth and the Life.

And the Serpent is determined to frustrate and thwart the plan and purpose of God for all His children.

The Serpent is the Believers’ one and only archenemy, and toils day and night in opposition to God and his Children. Satan is stubbornly and unrepentantly opposed to the children of God, and manifests this hatred through various acts of wickedness

Your conversion to Christianity did not automatically immune you from Satanic attacks; it only redeemed you from your sins, and saved your soul from eternal damnation. You have to wage a spiritual war against the dragon and his angels here on earth, and overcome just like Michael and his angels did in Heaven, before you can manifest your divine destiny.

How to overcome the serpent

• Be born again
• Compile Deliverance scriptures and memorise them
• Fast and pray especially at midnight
• Speak in tongues extensively
• Engage in spiritual warfare
• Sing Praises to God

• The Bible clearly shows that the Kingdom of God is not about talking but practical manifestation of the power of God. 1 Corinthians 4:20: For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.
• The world is waiting for Christians to show forth the power and glory of God. It is time for Preachers to stop story telling, and start manifesting the power of God to change the lives of the congregation.
• For ages, believers and unbelievers have heard that Jesus is Lord, what they are now demanding is signs and wonders to prove this assertion for them to belief. The power of the Holy Ghost as manifested by the Apostles is only bestowed on serious Christians, who are willing to put on the full armour of God.
• It is only the power of the Holy host that can deliver you from the power of the devil. It is only the power of the Holy Spirit that can change your position from being a Christian hunted by the devil, to an overcomer.

1. The spirit of murmuring is an abomination before God
2. The spirit of complaining pushes away blessings
3. Complains stir up the anger of God. Thank God for what you have and see Him do more.
4. Stop complaining about your wife. If you are married, and your wife cannot satisfied you, then 1000 women cannot satisfy you. If you are in doubt read the story of Solomon. Be contended and be satisfied with your wife.
5. Stop complaining about your husband. There is no perfect husband. There are a lot of women there looking for a man to marry. Pray and ask God to perfect any imperfections in your husbands life in Jesus name
6. Stop complaining about your marriage. You can not walk in and out of marriage. Marriage is not meat pie that you can taste and throw away if its not delicious.
7. No marriage is made in heaven. There are a lot of people out there praying for a marriage. You are married and complaining instead of praying to God to perfect your marriage in Jesus name
8. There is no end to accumulating money, several people have enough money to meet basic needs, but are not satisfied. Greed is acquiring what you don’t need.
9. Some people have one or two houses already but they are not happy because they yet to build a house in the capital cities of the world. They forget the fact that no man sleeps in two rooms at the same time. If you have a roof over your head be contended.
10. EVEN IF YOU ARE YET TO BUILD A HOUSE, THANK GOD FOR WHERE YOU ARE TODAY. THAT YOU ARE ALIVE …THERE IS NO LANDLORD IN THE GRAVE
11. THERE IS NO END TO BUILDING HOUSES…YOU BUILD ONE WHERE YOU ARE WORKING NEXT THEY WILL TELL YOU TO BUILD ONE IN THE VILLAGE NEXT THEY WILL TELL YOU TO BUILD FOR YOUR CHILDREN NEXT THEY WILL TELL YOU TO BUILD TO RENT NEXT TO BUILD OR BUY  IN LONDON  NEW YORK ETC………YOU  DONT NEED MORE THAN A ROOM TO SLEEP
12. Covetousness is the spirit of greed. Many ladies have very good clothes and shoes that they have not worn in a year in a year in their wardrobes yet they complain that they don’t have the latest fashion. Keep functional clothes and shoes and give the others away to the needy.

1. Covetousness is a compulsive desire for the latest trends, desiring to acquire every new technology and gadgets while the old ones in your house are largely utilized.
2. Many people have ONE OR TWO TVs in their houses but complain they cannot buy the latest TV brand. Be contended with what you have
3. Many people have a functional smart phone, but are not happy that they cannot afford the latest Samsung Galaxy S8. Not knowing that after purchasing Samsung Galaxy S8, another edition S9, S10 will be produced. Be contended

16. Some people have good second hand cars but they are envious of their neighbour riding brand new cars; forgetting the fact that the race of life is run individually. Be contended with the car you can buy legitimately.
17. Some people are riding 2016 edition of a tech, but they are no longer excited with the tech. again  because 2017 edition has just been produced. They have forgotten that you can never catch up with technology. Be contended with what you have and thank God for it.
18. A man may be unhappy because all his children are girls, and wish to marry another woman in order to have a male child; forgetting that some couples don’t have any children at all. Be contended with the gender of your children and Thank God
19. A man may be unhappy because all his children are boys, forgetting that some couples don’t have any children at all. Be contended with the gender of your children
20. A couple may be unhappy because they have only one child, forgetting that some couples don’t have any children at all. Be contended with the number of children God gave you
21. In some marriages, the wife may be unhappy that her husband is jobless, forgetting that there are still many ladies out there looking for a man whether jobless or not to marry. Be contended with the man that God has given you.
22. Some people have good jobs/income in their country of birth, but are not contended; and must travel abroad at all cost to Europe or North America for better life. Many have lost their lives or ended up in ungodly jobs in the process. Be contended with your income and don’t indulge in any illegitimate activity to improve your income.
23. Some families eating three square meals complain of lack of variety; whereas several families cannot even boost of a single meal. Whatever meal that you can afford be contended with it and Praise God for a better meal tomorrow.

How to be contended

1. Focus on God

Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth- Colossians 3 vs 2

2. Live in Holiness

Proverbs 16 vs 8- Better a little with righteousness than much gain with injustice.

3. Trust God to provide your needs

Pslam 37 vs 4- 3 Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. 4 Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

4. Focus on needs not luxuries

Luke 12 vs. 15, 21 –  ¹⁵And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth

5. Avoid stealing

Hebrews 13 vs 5-5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

6. Be ready to pay the Prize of righteousness

2 Corinthians 12 vs 10- That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Phillipians 4 vs 12-12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.

7. Serve God

Psalm 37 vs 4- 3  4 Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

3. Jesus wept and He is still weeping because Hell is becoming more and more enlarged as few and fewer people are making heaven.
